tropical house
The Tropical House is one of the largest in the UK.
You may stroll around the Tropical house and enjoy all those butterflies and birds in a background of colourful flowering trees and lush vegetation, there to create a home to all those other exotic animals who share the house. Visit the leaf cutting ant room or if you dare step into the insect gallery and observe all those creepy crawlies you love to hate.
At the same time enjoy Reptile Land, visit the Creepy Crawly House and enter the amazing Ant Room.
New! Tropical Bird Aviary
New for 2008 the Tropical Aviary, which houses some unusual soft billed birds which we have high hopes will settle to breed. They change as the seasons change to the most beautiful plumage so come and look around.

The Butterfly and Wildlife Park offers visitors the opportunity to wander in either the tropical; herbacious; herb, or bee and butterfly garden or meander through our orchard and woodland copse.

Make the acquaintance of all the friendly animals as you walk around the beautifully kept grounds. See the Raccoons, Pygmy Goats, Pot Bellied Pig and much more.
Also, do not forget to see our famous Birds of Prey Flying Displays daily at 12 noon and 3pm. (2pm only from September 8th - November 2nd).
new adventure play area
Let your kids imagination run wild in our new Adventure Play Area which features: 40 metre aerial zip wire, tower slide, adventure trail, climbing net, the ledge climbing wall, swinging steps and a toddlers Giggleswick climbing frame.
We also have a children's driving circuit with cars, tractors and lorry or let them dig in the sandpit with our diggers.
gift shop
A whole range of themed gifts are to be found in our gift shop for every age and interest. Merchandise includes bright colourful T-shirts, with fairies and butterflies, and quality lamps and vases as a new line.
