• Dear friends,
  I have spent many a summer entertaining my boys at the Butterfly Park, but moved to Lincoln a few years ago and havent been for a while. Nevertheless, we always found the animals would always do something to make us laugh. Mainly tarantulas sneezing. The staff have always been friendly and helpful thanks to James, Annette, Ben and everyone for putting up with us all those times
  I would like to hope we might come back again sometime in the future to see how you all are and for me to do some more sketching. Whistler for one would've loved the place... he WAS The Butterfly
  Well, if I ever have to illustrate animals I know where I'd rather go for source material

• Well as you know we came along for my daughter’s birthday on the 6th July
  
  I just wanted to drop you a line and says a huge thank you - to you for helping with arranging this and to James and Annette for the handing they done with the children. The girls has a really special day they will not forget so thanks to all of you for your hard work and kindness.
  
  Shannon’s adoption certificate has arrived today so we will be back soon so she can see her name along with Peaches.

• I came with my grand daughter and we had a marvellous time. We arrived at 11 and did not leave until closing. Louise was very adventurous on the play equipment, and loved the climbing frame. She went twice to see the butterflies but said her very favourite were the curly coated pigs We are defiinitely coming back againPat Matthews

• Just a note to say what a relaxing and interesting time I had wandering around your Park. Well worth the drive out. I also thought the food in your tea room, where I stopped for lunch, was excellent. I cannot recall any similar venue offering such quality and freshness of ingredients and without costing the earth
  
  I'll certainly be telling my folks in Scotland to ensure they drop in when next in the region

• All at the Butterfly and Wildlife Park
  Just wanted to say thanks for a fantasic time. My family and I came yesterday and it was the best day out I'd had in ages. I enjoyed being able to get up close to the animals and even hold and touch them. My two favourite animals were the yellow rat snake and the racoons which we saw get fed.

• Dear Sirs
  Having visited a number of times now and been totally astonished to the wonderful place you have and the staff... please would you send me a direct email so that I may forward you a few pictures for your perusal from my last visit... many thanks again to James, the commitment, friendliness and way he makes us feel welcome as photographers is commendable...I have visited 5 times now and I simply find it the best attraction I have visited whilst living in the UK (and that has been 14 years now). Your staff - from tea room to animal keepers are simply astonishing, and I do not use this word for effect, I mean it. They take time to speak to you, make you feel welcome and your surroundings are amazingly clean and well kept.You give an all round package which makes for the best day out you could wish for, I have even brought my discerning children (aged 8 and 10) and they too had the best day out. The involvement and approachability of your staff is commendable. How they make you feel part of it, educate visitors of all ages, are hands on and take help take photographers to a whole new level, which no other animal park has ever offered me.
  
  Sadly I will be moving abroad in 3 weeks time but hope to get a visit in with another photographer before I go. He has lived in Norfolk all his life and never knew you excisted, but I rave so much about you that we will go there and no doubt he will be a regular too.
  
  I have taken in excess of 1500 pictures at your park so far, I am more than happy to supply you with some if you wish to use them on your site, several of them have won readers choice awards in photography magazines already and I could simply not have delivered such a quality product without your staff encouraging me and making some unusual shots possible.
  
  Big thumbs up from me... I have mentioned you far and wide in publications amongst photographers already and I sincerely hope you will enjoy an influx of visitors as a result.

• Dear All I made a visit to your park on saturday and just wanted to write that i had a great day and all the staff was helpful and kind. The birds of pray show was outstanding and i shall be going again. Just thought i would say thankyou as sometimes people remember to moan but forget to say thank you

• I have lived in England for three years and I've never spend such a wonderfull time before. It was amazing, I feel I could live there. When I was a little girl the only dream I had was to work with animals and with such wonderful people I met today.
  
  I will never forget the snakes I touched. I love them and I'm sure all the animals in those magic places are happy. Even my 12 years old nephew who is afraid of spiders, took a tarantula onto his hand..........can you imagine?

• Dear Sir,
  
  On visiting our family who have just moved to Lincolnshire, our grandsons asked us if we would take them to the Butterfly Park. We took them on Wednesday 16th April and were pleasantly surprised at all there is to see and do.
  
  My wife and I have travelled the world and seen numerous establishments and can honestly say yours compares with the best and would like to express our appreciation of your facilities at Long Sutton. Your Staff were extremely polite and helpful and our conversation with you in which you laid out your future plans certainly gives us an added incentive to return.
  
  Thank you for the wonderful day, and we look forward to our next visit.
