Fly a Barn Owl
Our endearing Barn owls are some of the Park's most popular Birds of Prey. We are now offering you the chance to 'Fly a Barn Owl'. This session lasts half-an-hour and costs £30.00. It is suitable for younger children (minimum age 7) as well as adults and includes free entry to the Park for the course participant and one other visitor. (We also offer a one and a half hour 'Birds of Prey Flying Experience' for adults and children aged 15 upwards, separate details of which are available on request.)
This flying experience makes an ideal birthday or Christmas present and we can send you a gift voucher to give to the recipient on the day. These sessions are held on a one-to-one basis and are available from April to October. They are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

We have over 30 birds of Prey and they are from all over the world including Africa, Eurasia & Northern Europe. Some have been rescued birds, some exchanges with other falconry centres and others hand reared, like Dibbles & Peaches the barn owls. You will meet also Catina, the Lanner Falcon and Indie the Eagle owl and Misty the snowy owl and they are all characters! Eden is the buzzard which in this country you occasionally see in the wild soaring high on the thermals on those huge wings.
Birds of Prey Flying Experience
The Birds of Prey flying displays are many visitors' favourite part of their trip to the park. We are offering you the opportunity to handle and fly various birds of prey that we have at the Park through out 'Birds of Prey Flying Experience'.
This afternoon session lasts one and a half hours and costs £60.00. It is suitable for adults and children aged 15 upwards and includes free entry to the Park for the course participant only (We also offer the chance to fly a Barn Owl, which is suitable for the younger children, separate details of which are available on request).
The Birds of Prey Flying experience makes a perfect gift, whatever the occasion. We'll send you a gift voucher if you require one, so you can surprise the recipient on the day. The sessions are run from April to October (excluding August), but are subject to availability on the day. Sessions are on a one-to-one basis and must be booked in advance.
Payment for the session can be made on the day or in advance if preferred. Please make cheques payable to: Moor Destinations Ltd. No deposit is required but please let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel your booking. In the event of poor weather conditions, it may be necessary to re-arrange your booking.
